thanks for your comment, Kindly be advised that we have checked your account and it look that you have logged in to your LMS account over the previous 2 years for “only 1 time” “since the LMS started which is not 3 years” and we noticed that you did only one LMS course “hytera” and you did not start or log in to the other 14 LMS courses yet!!!!
regarding to the hytera course it has been designed and developed to meet the course objectives not more than that, we are aware that all staff are aware about the device and its relevant operations but we need to remember that we have new staff are joining us so they need this course to support the induction process for that staff, beside to that ALL ADCDA staff has a commitment for continuous medical education & training which are delivered same of this course,
finally and the most important point we have an instructions from the top authority to have this course and we have KPIs to complete it and enhancing the response time at all areas which will met by the effort and awareness of all staff.
about further knowledges & information’s , I recommend you to complete all of your required LMS training courses by 100% as we have developed a lot of informative courses which will help you to gain more information’s or to have efficient knowledges retention during you BAU ambulance procedures.
